The Central Govt. has come up with an initiative to promote Supply Chain of Processed Food Industry.
The industries engaged in Processed Food Industry, involving both perishable horticulture & non-horticulture produce such as fruits and vegetables, dairy, poultry, fisheries, food grains, spices etc., can avail undermentioned benefit:
The pattern of assistance will be 35% of the total project cost in general areas or 50% of total project cost if the project is situated in the northeast areas, Himalayan states, Islands and ITDP areas. The amount of assistance will be subject to a maximum of Rs. 5.00 Crore.
The last date for submission of proposal is 30.06.2018.
